These terms apply to the Pinnacle Coach website and apps, published by Ignition Point Labs, Brisbane, Australia. By using them you agree to these terms.
The service
Pinnacle Coach analyses short videos of your technique and returns automated coaching feedback. Feedback is generated by an AI model and may be wrong. It is general information, not professional, medical or physiotherapy advice. Train within your limits, and talk to a qualified coach or health professional about anything that hurts.
Using it fairly
Only record people who have agreed to be filmed, and don't upload anything unlawful or anything that isn't sport or exercise. Don't try to get around usage limits or interfere with the service.
Free analyses and subscriptions
New users get 5 free analyses. Subscriptions, where offered, are billed and managed by Google Play (or Stripe for direct purchases) and renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.
Your content
Your videos stay yours. You give us permission to process each clip only to produce your analysis, after which it is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for injuries arising from training decisions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
