Privacy policy
Pinnacle Coach apps (Beach Tennis, Beach Volleyball, Footvolley, Forró, Gym, Yoga) record short videos of you practising, and send them to an AI model that returns coaching feedback. This policy explains exactly what is collected, where it goes, and what is kept.
The short version. Your videos are sent to Google's Gemini API for analysis and deleted immediately afterwards. We never store them on our servers. A copy stays on your own phone so you can review it, and deleting the session or uninstalling the app removes it. You can use the app without an account.
Video you record
When you record a clip and ask for analysis:
- It is uploaded to our server and passed to Google's Gemini API, which returns the coaching feedback.
- Our server's copy is deleted as soon as the analysis finishes.
- The copy held by Google is deleted immediately after the analysis is read.
- We never keep your video. No copy is retained on our servers or in our database.
- A copy is saved in the app's private storage on your device, so you can review the clip alongside its feedback. It never leaves your phone, and is removed when you delete the session or uninstall the app.
What we do store is the result: the scores, written feedback, the move name and the date. Not the footage.

Signing in is optional
The app works fully without an account. If you sign in with Google we receive your email address, name and profile picture, nothing else, and never your Google password. Signing in links the history already on your device to your account so it survives a new phone.
Children
These apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Your choices
- Delete a session: removes its results and the video on your device.
- Sign out: from Settings, at any time.
- Delete your account and all associated data: see below.
- Uninstall: removes every video and setting held on your device.
Deleting your account
In the app: open Settings, and under Account tap Delete account, then confirm. This deletes, straight away and permanently:
- your account (email address, name, profile picture);
- every coaching result recorded while signed in, and any not yet linked to your account on phones you've signed in on;
- your sign-in sessions, which signs you out everywhere;
- any subscription bought by card, which is cancelled immediately.
A subscription bought through Google Play can't be cancelled by us. Cancel it in Google Play, under Payments & subscriptions. Usage counts and error reports hold only a random install ID, not your account.
Without the app: email support@pinnaclecoach.app from the address you sign in with, asking for your account to be deleted. We'll delete the same data and confirm by reply.
Never signed in? Your results are tied to this install only. Delete them in History, or uninstall the app.
Security
Traffic between the app and our servers uses HTTPS. Sign-in tokens are stored in your device's encrypted storage where available, and in the app's private storage otherwise. We store a hashed form of the token, never the token itself.
This website
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't track you across sites. If you fill in a form, what you type is sent to Formspree, our form provider, so we can reply or email you when the app is available. We use it for nothing else, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which loads only when you reach a form. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms apply to it.
