Record ten seconds of your serve or your squat. Pinnacle Coach scores every phase of the movement, finds the moment it slipped and gives you the one fix worth making next.

Record
Prop the phone, set the timer, do the rep. Ten seconds is plenty.

Analyse
Your clip goes to the coach. Grab a drink: the report lands in 15 to 45 seconds.

Fix
A score for every phase, the moment it went wrong and one thing to work on next session.
§01Exhibit A
These are real reports from the app, rebuilt here so you can poke at them. Drag through the clip and watch each phase light up.
The footage is stand-in stock video. The original clips never left the athletes' phones. That's rather the point.

Strong
1 rep detected
A big step forward. The backward lean is gone, replaced by a dynamic forward recovery step, with an excellent racket drop and active forearm pronation. Bringing the toss a little lower and further forward would finish off a very effective serve.
Phase breakdown 06
What's good 03
- Excellent forward weight transfer and recovery step into the court, fixing earlier balance issues.
- Deep, fluid paddle drop creating a highly efficient kinetic chain.
- Pronounced forearm pronation at contact, for power and a downward angle.
What to fix 01
- The ball toss is still slightly higher than ideal, forcing a minor pause before the upward strike.
Corrective drills 02
- Controlled toss drill: release the ball strictly to eye-level height for a faster, more explosive tempo.
- Forward-lean serves: put a cone one step inside the baseline and step over it straight after contact.

Toss the ball
Release from around head height, up and slightly in front of your hitting shoulder. Toss just high enough that your paddle at full extension meets the ball near the top of its arc. A consistent toss matters far more than a high one.

a month
That's $80 of coaching a month spent finding the problem. Pinnacle Coach is planned at $4.99 a month, after 5 free analyses.
Rough maths, assumes one-hour lessons. Not a replacement for your coach: a way to give them more to work with.

§07Why this exists
Good coaching is expensive, and it only happens while your coach is watching. The rest of the week you're guessing.
We built Pinnacle Coach for the sessions in between: a second pair of eyes that tells you plainly what it saw and what to try next. It won't replace your coach. It should make the hour you pay for count for more.
