Delete your account

How to delete

In the app: open Settings, and under Account tap Delete account, then confirm. This deletes, straight away and permanently:

• your account (email address, name, profile picture);
• every coaching result recorded while signed in, and any not yet linked to your account on phones you've signed in on;
• your sign-in sessions, which signs you out everywhere;
• any subscription bought by card, which is cancelled immediately.

A subscription bought through Google Play can't be cancelled by us. Cancel it in Google Play, under Payments & subscriptions. Usage counts and error reports hold only a random install ID, not your account.

Without the app: email support@pinnaclecoach.app from the address you sign in with, asking for your account to be deleted. We'll delete the same data and confirm by reply.

Never signed in? Your results are tied to this install only. Delete them in History, or uninstall the app.

What happens to your videos

Nothing to delete on our side: videos are never stored on our servers. The replay copies on your phone are removed when you delete a session or uninstall the app.
